Product Warranty
All products sold by Associated Components Technology (ACT) are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. No other express warranty is given and no affirmation of ACT or its agents, by words or action, constitutes a warranty or an extension of warranty.
In the event of a defect in workmanship or materials in any of ACT’s products, ACT will repair or replace its products without charge within 30 days, or provide the customer with a commercially acceptable substitute product. If ACT cannot replace or repair the warranted product and no commercially acceptable substitute product is available, ACT will refund the purchase price.
ACT makes no warranty of merchantability with respect to the products described in this catalog, its web site (www.act1.com) and/or covered by the above product warranty. Furthermore, ACT makes no warranty that any product it sells is fit for any particular purpose. See the Limitations of Application, below.
Limitations of Application
Please contact us before using our products in applications listed below. These applications usually require exceptionally high reliability to prevent damage to a third party’s life, body or property.

Similar applications where life, body or property might be jeopardized by a single instance of component malfunction.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Standard terms and conditions are documented on the reverse side of each Bill of Sale. No cancellations of or changes to the Bill of Sale will be accepted within 30 days of the Ship Date indicated on the Bill of Sale. Cancellation or changes outside of 30 days will be reviewed by ACT, and approved or denied on a case-by-case basis.
