Product Warranty
The Company hereby warrants that all products furnished under
Buyer purchase order accepted by the Company shall (a)
conform to the design, specifications, drawings, samples or other
description, (b) conform to the Company published applicable
standard quality level, (c) conform to specifications agreed to
between the Parties in an accepted purchase order or other
documents referenced therein, and (d) be free from defects in
material and workmanship. The Company warrants that it has title
to the products. This warranty does not extend to any product
which fails to operate because of Buyer misapplication, misuse,
neglect, accident, repaired or substantial alteration. Such
warranties shall survive any inspection, delivery, acceptance or
payment for a period of ninety (90) days from date of delivery.
Products sold by the Company are not recommended for use in
critical military, life application, or life support systems, unless
otherwise stated expressly in written form acknowledged by the
Parties. The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of
all other warranties whether statutory, express or implied.
The Company makes no warranty of merchantability with respect to the products covered by the above product warranty. Furthermore, the Company makes no warranty that any product it sells is fit for any particular purpose.
This warranty extends directly to the Buyer and not to Buyer
customers, agents or representatives. The Company does not
warrant or represent that it is the manufacturer of any products, or
that any products sold to Buyer will be available to Buyer in the
future.
Limitations of Application
Please contact us before using our products in applications listed below. These applications usually require exceptionally high reliability to prevent damage to a third party’s life, body or property.

- Aerospace equipment
- Undersea equipment
- Power plant control equipment
- Medical equipment
- Disaster and crime prevention equipment
- Traffic signal equipment
- Transportation equipment
Similar applications where life, body or property might be jeopardized by a single instance of component malfunction.
